CarReady Pro's basic quiz and personalized recommendations are provided at no cost. Since there is no charge for these services, no refund is applicable.
2. Premium Services (Future)
Should we introduce premium services in the future, the following refund policy will apply:
2.1 Digital Products and Recommendations
- Premium customized recommendations: 7-day refund policy
- Detailed car preparation guides: 14-day refund policy
- Personalized consultation services: Refund available before consultation begins
2.2 Physical Products
If we partner with suppliers to offer physical car essential products:
- 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging
- Defective items: Full refund or replacement within 90 days
- Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective
3. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request the refund within the applicable time period
- Provide proof of purchase
- Meet the specific conditions for the product or service
- Not have violated our Terms of Service
